I Have A Slight Issue With My Lower Re-gen Area

I have a slight issue with my lower re-gen area not genitals. A spot like bump appeared roughly 2 days ago , which popped and released small amounts of puss out. The spot like bump continues to stay at the same size. And stay as red and inflamed. I have never had sexual intercourse just to let you no. After it popped it left a small hole there. And continues to cover with a scab. I forgot to tell you that it bled after the puss came out.
