I Have A Sore Point On The Left Side Of

I have a sore point on the left side of my throat. It is directly to the left of my Adams Apple but before major neck muscle almost like a little hollow soft area in the throat. It only hurts when I turn my head to the right or up or if I put my finger on the area and push a little. Does not hurt to swallow or take deep breaths, I'm not coughing or feel sick in any way. I do however feel tired often and fatigued requiring naps and long sleeping times. I do not feel any lumps or bumps in the area which is sore and about half inch in diameter. I do not smoke but did until three years ago I do not drink alcohol. I am male 45 years old, it is winter time here so no allergies. Any guess what this could be? I do have an appointment with an Ent specialist tomorrow but want to be prepared for whatever news it could be. Thank you in advance for assistance.
