I Have A Spot On My Leg Which I Am

I have a spot on my leg which I am sure is a leg ulcer. I have been using mupirocin ointment 2%. It seems to be helping to heal, I am out of the ointment and my Doctor is off on Fridays. Is there another Ointment that I can use. The ulcer is not an open sore yet but looks like it wlll soon.
