I Have A Swollen Spot On My Left Clavicle, Numbness

I have a swollen spot on my left clavicle, numbness in arms, sharp pains when doing certain movements with shoulder. I'm not sure if it's whiplash, I was in a car 2 months ago sleeping (head kinda bouncing around) when the driver swerved off the road. The doctor did X-ray and ultrasound to rule out lymphoma or extra rib. The lump doesn't seem to have edges like a lipoma. I test positive in arm for peripheral neuropathy, but don't test positive for whiplash. It's been 2 months now and pain and lump is still the same.
