I have a terrible throat ache and have been feeling extremely weak. My shoulders hurt a bit and so does my neck. It pains to swallow and I cannot even focus because my head hurts so much. I don't want to get mu the bed since ifeel so weak ad d dizzy when I stand up too much. I feel tired and my joint sare hurting as if i dislocated them or overused them. I have almost no fever, and I also have a scratchy voice. Please explain what is going on with me because I need to know if I should go to school tomorrow or if it would be too dangerous and detrimental to me and my health. I feelfatigued as if iI could fall asleep at any time. Please help me.
