I Have A Tiny Lump Or Knot On The Left

I have a tiny lump or knot on the left side of my neck. It's pea size. It's been there a couple of weeks. I have had painful pressure on the outside of my left high. Bad head aches and blurry vision in my left high. My neck is very sore on my left side. I have heated it. When I lay in my left side the pressure on the outside of my left eye is worse. What is going on?? Ha ha. Just want to know if I need to see a doctor?
