I Have A Urinary Tract Infection. What My Diet Should Be?
Went to the Emergency and found out I have a urinary tract infection. I was told what to drink but not what my diet should be. What should and should not eat?
There is no restriction on your diet, you can take any thing you wish but ensure you drink plenty of water. Lack of water causes the urine to become acidic and prone for infections. The more you consume water, the urine will become alkaline and less chances of renal stones and infection.
