I Have A Very Bad Toothache Right Now. The Tooth

I have a very bad toothache right now. The tooth does have a hole in it, and cold water is the only thing that eases the pain. Warm salt water makes it hurt worse. Have tried Orajel, Anbesol, and lots of ibuprofen. Can't see a dentist until Monday. Any suggestions on easing the pain?
