I Have A Weird Twingy Pain In My Left Posterior

I have a weird twingy pain in my left posterior side over my left hip. Its not a sharp pain and not continual but frequent. It comes and goes about every 1-2 minutes and has gotten worse as the day goes on. It doesn't feel like a muscle cramp and when I put pressure on the area it doesn't appear to be a muscle spasm. I am wondering if it could be a UTI or bladder infection? It seems too low to be an issue with my kidneys.
