I have about 2 or 3 red circular spots on the lighter area of my penis between the head and shaft. i wore a pair of underwear while playing football one day(which I had on just about the whole day) that happened to rip and make a big hole that my penis kept going into and I kept adjusting meself to fix the problem. Then later that night when I took them off and went to shower I noticed the spots n they don't burn or hurt but they are itchy sometimes. They don't appear to be filled with fluid and they aren't really raised like bumps more like a little red patch I was wondering if this is a friction burn or some type of rash?? And how should I treat them?? This happened about 2 days ago
