I Have Allergies And Take Flonase And Claritin Every Day.

I have allergies and take Flonase and Claritin every day. I also get allergy shots every three weeks for dust and the other shot is for grass/trees/leaves. I have been getting a cold now too with a sore throat and noticed I started getting a cold sore on my upper lip. My eyes have been ichy and I felt like I had something in my eye. I noticed I have a sort of yellowish pus pocket on the white part on of my eye on the side. Is it something that I should go to the eye doctor for?
