I Have Alternating Pain That Is In My Left Humerus

I have alternating pain that is in my left humerus and left wrist that radiates into my hand. The pain in the arm is constant while my leg pain changes. Today, it was my left ankle and it tingled for a few hours. I have been suffering from extreme fatigue and difficulty moving. This seems to wax and wane. I hiked numerous times last week totally about 20 miles or more, worked in the yard and fished so was feeling like myself and then Bam! the pain and lack of energy, complete exhaustion sets in. I can tell when it's coming back. This has been going on since November. I have other symptoms also but...
