I Have An 8 Year Old Daughter. About A Month

I have an 8 year old daughter. About a month after I gave birth i had my tubes tied. But now I'm regretting it because I really want another baby. I can't afford to have a reversal done. I heard some people can still have a chance of getting pregnant even though its a slim chance. My friends aunt had hers tied and possibly cut too i think and she got pregnant with twins one girl and one boy but their in their late 20's early 30's. I heard stories about something called red clover tea or capsule. Can i still be able to get pregnant again? I've been having symptoms for about a month now but it's hard for me to know or not. Can you please help me? Thanks.
