I have an embarrassing ? RE: BMs I have IBS & normally go 2-3 x daily but for some reason have NOT gone X one so. I do not eat well ( veggies,fibers,etc.& that's NEVER been a problem B4) I walk everywhere so I get plenty of exercise. So I began taking the BeneFiber Product X 2 daily to see if it might help- still nothing! Even tried Miramax went a small amt very loose stool, then tried Ducolax lax directions said take 1-3 I figured I was pretty plugged up so I took 3(they detecting pills- I had a very small stool & one other small stool later but I have a hospital hernia & I feel like I'm plugged up high?
