I Have An Enlarged Prostate . Of Late I Have

I have an enlarged prostate . Of late I have been getting discomfort ( almost if it was a fissure) in the anal area. My GP says it could be caused due to prostatis/ inflamed prostate? The discomfort is most post bowel movement but also after sitting for a while.
