I Have An Extremely Sore Area On My Forearm Bone

I have an extremely sore area on my forearm bone (the one that runs on the thumb side). It is only sore if it gets touched even lightly. Have had it on before but after several weeks it went away. It has come back. I also have a similar place on the front of my calf bone. Nothing shows on either place but to touch them is excruciating. I am 66 and have Crohn's. Have been taken Remicaid infusions for a year, but had to stop due to building up of antibodies to it. What could be going on?
