I Have Asymptomatic Skin Itching. The Only Red Areas Are

I have asymptomatic skin itching. The only red areas are after scratching. No blisters, no scaling. What's going on? I was in the South Pacific in October just before the itching started. Generally, inside the forearms and left and right lower abdomen. Not getting worse, but not improving. I am using topical Triamcinolone Acetonide to relieve the itch.
