I Have Back Pain That Is Increasing, Only On The

I have back pain that is increasing, only on the right side. There is a spot on my back that feels bruised. In addition I have nausea, fatigue, uti symptoms (but no uti - although I have had two in the past 5 months), and abdominal cramping. These symptoms have been ongoing and increasing in frequency and severity since November. I have been diagnosed with hypothyroidism and have some very small kidney stones, but have been told these are not the cause of my symptoms. Could these be indicators of Ovarian Cancer?
