I have bbq size knots under the skin on forearms have noticed increase and in more areas on arms.As this is the only place I have noticed when I was running my arm one day I felt the first one it has not gotten any bigger and they all seem to be about the same size. They are deep under the skin not like a pimple or cyst that has to come to a head . They do not hurt, no swelling redness or irritation.
