I Have Been DX With Erythema Nodosum Which Is Mostly

I have been DX with erythema nodosum which is mostly on my arms, elbows but is on my face, ankles, legs and hands. No one can tell me what is causing this disease. It stayed about 2 weeks ago . It’s very painful. I’m just looking for answers. All my blood work is normal.
