I Have Been Coughing Up Blood And Tissue, Not Regularly

I have been coughing up blood and tissue, not regularly but at least three times this month and have been experiencing blood clots in my nasal cavity and black stool sometimes the consistency of coffee. I do not have a chronic cough or feel weak in any way. this has all started this month
