I have been dealing with Hip pain. Xray shows nothing broken. Have taken a minamum of Aleve for pain and now retainging water inupper foot and ankle. How do I best relieve swelling apart from putting legs up which is hard to do right now. Hope to get injection forf hip tomorrow, but concerned now about swelling in ankle and foot. More swelling in R. foot where hip pain is.
