I Have Been Dealing With Increased Loss Of Blood Circulation

I have been dealing with increased loss of blood circulation from head to toe in the last year....if I sit on the toilet or couch or even if I just simply cross my legs....the circulation decreases causing me to get up and move around to regain blood flow....this loss happens at times in a few hours...and like on the toilet in a matter of minutes......when I get up.as well..at times I yawn and a lot...I yawn and go in to near faints...seeing spots and my whole body goes numb........the last problem I am nervous about is....I in the last 3 years have gain rapid memory loss to everything....placing things down and totally not remembering.....being asked simple requests...and 20min's later having no recollection I was even asked a request...
I am 42,I have been smoking ciggs for over 25 years....my family is riddled with history of brain tumors......strokes....and heart disease........most passing away in there 50's....I been out of work for 4years......my diet and exercise is not good since then.....and I am a bi-polor depressant person....who used to take zanax....and 2 other meds I can't remember to help me slow thought and sleep regular.....I got off the meds on my own because I lost my medical...now I have state aid again.......and one more thing......in 2006 I was stabbed in the right forearm...cutting through 3 nerves....ulner..and the next two...again...can't remember.....and I took this medication for nerve pain.....from 2009-2011 called gabipenton.....the strongest dose allowed.......I made a mistake by stopping the meds without consulting my doctor.....and wound up in the hospital on a suicide watch ....I was told that medication at the high dose was not good to ween off on a dime......it was to be in steps to come off of........these are my situations.....can I get an expert opinion as to what to do......
