I have been developing small spots on my thighs and calves and also some on the back of my thighs and one under my chin. they itch when I first get them and then clear discharge comes out and scabs over and they just hurt. The skin around the spots is red. they are painful and embarrassing and I can't figure out what they are. some are bigger than others and some are more painful than others.
