I have been diagnose with a skin rash fungal on the back of my neck which has went into an itchy scalp irritation on my head. I have been prescribe ketoconazolr shampoo and terbinafint tablet. What causes outbreaks of small heat bumps or sores? is this the best treatment that helps my itchy neck and scalp?
