I Have Been Diagnosed Menopausal At Age 37 (after Getting

I have been diagnosed menopausal at age 37 (after getting easily pregnant twice and having 2 healthy babies).
Now i am 40 and due to heavy menopausal symptoms i am put on HRT - i was on progyluton, then changed by dr to progynova with duphaston. Now i was told to take only femoston continuously - because when trying to take progynova together with femoston continuously, i got a period even though it was not supposed to happen.
If i have a chance to get pregnant by accident-i would be happy.
Is any of the above contradictory to that?
And also: i feel like maybe my dr is a bit unsure as to what to prescribe??
Please advice. Thank you very much, Kveta
