I Have Been Diagnosed With Ankylosing Spondolytis For 8 Years.

I have been diagnosed with Ankylosing Spondolytis for 8 years. Prior to that diagnosis, I was prescribed Oxycontin - the new wonder drug -HA! I now take 120 mg every 8 hours just to live with the pain. Are there any other pain medications, patches, etc. that can be used to treat such severe pain after getting off oxycontin under doctor's care?
