I Have Been Diagnosed With BV, Only One Partner, Multiple

I have been diagnosed with BV, only one partner, multiple UTI's, bloating, abdominal, pelvic and back pain. Are these consistent with BV? I just finished the routine Flagyl regimen with recurrent diagnosis two weeks later. Now to start Boric Acid suppositories. Is this is a accurate protocol.
