I Have Been Diagnosed With A Pituitary Tumor That’s Invading

I have been diagnosed with a pituitary tumor that’s invading my cavernous sinus. I also have been diagnosed with severe mucosa thickening in the sphenoid sinus and sphenoid disease. I have been on Cabergoline off an on for the last 20 years. Within the last 2 years the tumor has grown while on the Cabergoline. Now my endocrinologists wants to up my dosage. Shouldn’t I be referred to an ENT specialist to fix my sinuses? I have the awful vinegar smell that comes from my left nostril when I rub it. I’m concerned about my sinuses but he seems not to be. What should I do?
