I Have Been Diagnosed With Actinic Keratosis And Inflammatory Cheilitis

I have been diagnosed with actinic keratosis and inflammatory cheilitis of my lower lip. I am using zyclara cream but experiencing flu like symptoms and extreme fatigue. Not sure what other treatment available that isn’t so intense as co2 laser or mobs surgery. Also I have autoimmune issues
