I Have Been Diagnosed With Bladder Cancer One Year Ago

I have been diagnosed with bladder cancer one year ago in October. I had a tumor removed that filled 3 quarters of my bladder. Then I had a 6 week installation of BCG in fall of 2015. I n January this year I had another scope and things looked good till my next scope in April where the cancer appeared again on the bladder wall. Another 6 weeks of BCG and this past month I had another scope where it was found to be inflammation. This past BCG treatment has caused a great deal of bloating during and after the latest scope. I get no reaction from the doctor on the bloating. Isn't inflammation an infection and could the bloating have anything to do with my ovaries?
