I Have Been Diagnosed With Cellulitis In My Lower Left

I have been diagnosed with cellulitis in my lower left leg. I have been given I have been given levofloxacin 750mg po, qd for 10 days. The oxycodone that was prescribed, it made me feel weird and spacy after the first one I took. I took the second one 4 hrs later, and from the waist down on the right side of my body went completely numb. I was even more spacey in the head. After this episode, I have not taken another one. The burning is very intense and the area is extremely tender. I cannot take hydrocodone. I also experienced excessive itching in my scalp. I am a heart patient, with a stint in the aorta and have been on Plavix since the surgery in August of 2017. Is there any other pain killer that can be prescribed to help with the extreme pain of cellulitis?
