I Have Been Diagnosed With Endometriosis, Adenomyosis, Levator Ani, And

I have been diagnosed with endometriosis, adenomyosis, levator ani, and pelvic floor disfunction. I get really sick when I have bowel movements. Tests show that I have borderline gastroparesis. During that test I didn't eat but a little less than half of food with the radiation. They said it would effect the numbers. Biopsy show chronic inactive gastroenteritis. The GI Dr doesn't know if the gastroparesis is causing all my stomach problems. I have had total hysterectomy, which I thought would make everything better. I was sadly mistaken. I have abdominal pain and lower back pain. I need answers. Could the gastroparesis be worse than thought? Could it be flare ups where its causing the chronic gastroenteritis? Could there be something the doctor isn't seeing? I don't think she asks the right questions. Is my condition going to get worse? Help
