I Have Been Diagnosed With Herpes Simplex 2 After A

I have been diagnosed with herpes simplex 2 after a couple days of unbearable pain. Originally I had been treated for a day for a UTI but my doctor then asked for an examination and after one look she said it was herpes. I've been on the valtrex antiviral for 3 days now . I haven't noticed any difference in pain and she perscribied Tylenol 3 with codeine 60 MG every 4 hours . Today I noticed discharge that resembles earwax and a white constant discharge . What could that be?
