I Have Been Diagnosed With Hypothyroidism. My Physician Constant,y Changes

I have been diagnosed with hypothyroidism. My physician constant,y changes my dosage and does not take my symptoms into consideration. Within the last 2 years I lost about 35 pounds after she seemed to get my medicine stable. I eat well and exercise. I started at about 200 mg of levoxyl 7 days and I am now at 88 mg of tyrosint 5 days a week with 5 mcg of cytomel 2x a day I am quickly gaining weight again without change in my diet. I am panicking because I don't want to weigh 170 lbs again after working so hard get healthy. She will not listen to me. I know I am not getting enough medicine. I am 5 ft 3 inches.
