I Have Been Diagnosed With Pulmonary Hypertension And Prescribed Adcirca.

I have been diagnosed with pulmonary hypertension and prescribed Adcirca. As of about 2hrs ago my left ear, face, hand, glut, thigh, calf, foot have become numb and tingling, left eye mattery. I know this is a symptom reaction to the medicine, but do I need to be concerned?
