I Have Been Experiencing A Drag/hitch In The Inner Corner

I have been experiencing a drag/hitch in the inner corner of my left eyelid. Five years ago I had 2 ruptured aneurysms. (brain) There was another that had not ruptured in a "protected area". I am due to go back and have the coilings and stint checked this fall.
