I have been experiencing numbness in my fingertips almost daily for last two weeks. It occurs at night when I'm driving home from work and lasts around 20-30 minutes. It looks like the blood is pooling there as fingertips are purple . I do have slight anemia, and can feel fatigued / unmotivated. I know I have low iron and take blood builder daily. I do workout and feel like my stamina has diminished recently as well. Had some recent weight gain over last couple of months . It tried alkamind for a week and thought it may have something to do with that as it made me feel bloated and gain weight and it's all green nutrients. I tries green powder over a year ago and had same effect of bloat/ weight gain. (Different brand) I stopped taking it. Thanks for your help.
