I have been experiencing pain in the ankle region for about a week now..the pain is actually about an inch or so above the ankle. I am able to put weight on the ankle although some pain when I do. I seem to remember "turning" the ankle and then in doing some exercises did inversion/enversion of the ankle. I have it wrapped with an Ace bandage, been putting heat on the ankle and elevating...so do I need to see about an x-ray or just keep on with what I am doing. Taking Tylenol seems to help some..
