I have been experiencing severe swelling in my calves but not normal swelling. My calves are very hard and I cannot bend my ankles much. My Internist had me get a Doppler test on my legs, as well as a kidney ultrasound and both came back that I did not have blood clots and my kidneys were normal for my age which is 70. Also I was diagnosed with colon cancer, had surgery to remove tumor and have been off and on of chemotherapy since May 2013. Good news is I have had clean pet scans since first of this year. Could chemo cause this problem? Also could Enbrel cause this? I take Enbrel for my my RA. My rheumatologist cannot seem to find what is causing this either. Any info you have on this swelling?
