I have been experiencing some weird symptoms a while now and i am wondering if i should go to a&e right now because i am getting worried?

Symptoms :
I forgot how to speak to people close to me to a extent that i just stare at them and they think im weird
Head feels numb
Feel detached from the world
Have no appetite
Forget 90% of conversations and things in a day
Randomly lost hearing in right ear( have been going gp for 2 years and they kept on saying its fine, had to book a hearing test with specsavers for me to hear that im permanently dead in my right ear)
Have turned from a muscly guy to a skinny weak fragile person in the space of 12 months.
I cant sleep and have panic attacks during the night every night.
I have blurred vision randomly but tell myself it will go ( to a extent that i cant read a paper infront of my face).
I have been getting pain shooting down my whole left arm and shoulder blade, my left arm has gone 100% weaker than my right and everytime i use my left arm or tense it the pain is very severe ( it feels like my arm isnt connected properly)
I have gone doctors for my arm and shoulder pain only and have waited 8/9months before getting a scan, the have found tendinitis in my shoulder and 2 lumps in my trapezius, some inflammation in my rear shoulder blade but i have only recieved the results and have been told i have to live with it.
My chest and upper back crack and pop very loud everytime i lean forward and straighten my back which is very worrying because it never use to be here.
I need help but have given up on my doctors since they made me believe i wasnt dead for 2 years until i finally had enough and found out for myself .
