I have been experiencing stiffness and pain in my neck, mostly right, that travels down my arm across collar bone, and now moving down to my rib area. I first thought this was due to stress and sleeping at hospital for a month because of my child being ill. It seems to have gotten worse and at times is hard to lift arms and I can no longer do push ups because of pain and discomfort.
