I Have Been Experiencing What I Think Is Mild Paresthesia.

I have been experiencing what I think is mild paresthesia. My doctor did CBC blookwork and CT scan of the brain and everything check out ok. I do have a kidney disease (FSG) however, my kidneys are stable and I am not sure if this is connected. Furthermore, I have not experienced any pain. Is this a sign of lupus, MS, etc? Should I be worried?
