I have been extra tired lately and very thirsty for water like I cant quench my thirst,. I have type 2 diabetes my blood sugar has been around 100, i take thyroid meds as I only have half a thyroid, I have fibromyalgia, i also have high blood pressure too. I just had blood test done a month ago but I have been feeling really run down the last three weeks and have had more headaches.
