I have been feeling very sharp pains from my p hole to my A hole and inbetween in my abdomen for the last 3 days. When I pee and especially right before I fart. I have to scream out oww and apply preasure to my abdomen during these times that happen every 15 minutes or so, sometimes longer or shorter. I know I don't have an STD- was recently tested. I did just start taking Tramadol a week ago because I cut my thumb but I have been prescribed it 3 times before and have never experienced this before in my life. What is it?
