I have been getting muscle spasms like crazy the last few days. My left side of neck last eve twice. Woke up with horrible cramp on inside of right leg. My toes on right foot are cramping now. I've been fighting bad cold not flu about 2 weeks. I've been on steroids but started doxycycline on Monday with inhaler.
I also get shots of Repatha every other week. I take potassium and powder magnesium. I eat bananas and drink tonic water and use turmeric. My blood levels show good on potassium and magnesium. I trying to drink lots of fluids today.
