I Have Been Have Vertigo (I Guess) With Bad Left

I have been have vertigo (I guess) with bad left ear pain but no ear infection. I have recently started having sweeping in left foot and ankle only. I have made an appt with my MD, but I do have polycythemia Vera and HBP brought on by that. Never had health issues before.
