I Have Been Having A Burn Sensation And Small Bumps

I have been having a burn sensation and small bumps on my back. I have been to 2 different dr.'s. Neither have any idea. No fabric detergent changes. Thought of shingles first but the bumps are not blisters. Would you have any idea of what these symptoms could be related to?
