I Have Been Having Chronic Low Back Pain For Several

I have been having chronic low back pain for several months now the pain is not only in my lower back but runs up to my neck. I cannot turn my very far to the left or right and has been like this for several weeks now.
I never complain and I work all the time but now I am beginning to get concerned that I may have arthritis etc. I have been taking 2 aleve to help with the pain. It does not make it go away. The mornings are my worst. When I get out of bed I am humped over like an old lady with osteoporosis and hurts me to lay in bed for very long. My mattress is firm but it seems that I would much rather lay in the floor to get relief. Not sure what is going on but feel I may need to get answers before I let it go much further.
I am stiff every morning with sever pain and after I get moving I see it ease up a little but I continue with feeling the pain. Any advice would be much appreciated. I do not like to go to Drs nor take medicines other than aleve and Excedrin for my headaches which are at least 1-2 x's a week.
