I have been having contractions for a little over an hour now. Its odd because even in between contractions I'm still in pain, but when a contraction comes its more severe. I'm nauseous and the pain is severe. I'm currently 37 almost 38 weeks, at my last appt I was 2cm dilated and 50% effaced, and I have lost my mucus plug but my water hasn't broken. Could I be in labor? I know what braxton hicks feel like and this does not feel like BH
